Club Run

Members meeting tonight in the Swan Inn Cockermouth at 8 p.m.

So shorter run tonight - segment chasing on the lovely grass on Sale Fell. How many hill sprints can we do in an hour?

Club Run

The big bog trot to the top of Lank Rigg, the most delightful charge to Whoap, the bog slide off Whoap and then the big hoof on back to the car.

Club Run

The big climb up Robinson. Keeping an eye on the time - Hindscarth?

Deadline of before 9 pm. for the traditional bar meal inside the Fish.

Tradition also dictates that a splinter group will think it is a good idea to try to sit outside. They will then move back in, shortly after the midges remember them from last year.

Club Run

This might not be the most well attended Club Run......Most people will be saving themselves for Tebay Race tomorrow night.

For those not saving themselves or going.....

Whiteside, Hopegill Head and back down the valley should provide the fun.

Club Run

Car shares at the ready.
Bit of a trial into ........Wasdale - 50 minutes drive from Cockermouth......
Get to see some of the folk from down that way?

John Fletcher guarantees the best lines up Seatallan and Middle Fell.

Day light should not be an issue...............

Club Run

Great Borne, via Rake Beck, to ponder the fox bield. Chance of an A group charging over towards Red Pike? Ordinary mortals will come down via Floutern.

Some may be hoping for a gentle recovery run after the Helvellyn race.

Club Run

Grasmoor via Lad Howes. Wandope, Whiteless and back down Rannerdale.
