St. Bees Beauty and the Beast 2009

- Requirements (kit etc) : rough, uneven, steps, some single track, can be wet, muddy and windy. About a mile of backroad tarmac for beast.
- Records: first running. Come along and become a legend.

Public toilets but no showers (there is the sea though)
