- Start from Nannycatch Gate, near Wath Brow, Cleator Moor
- Distance: 4.5m, Ascent: 1000ft
- Entry £2
- Bottle of beer or small bottle of wine to all finishers
- Irvine Block's old stampede course - Flat Fell, Blakely Raise via path leading up behind Grike and Crag Fell and then back
- Fastest time approx. 38 minutes
- If weather is bad course will be changed to forest paths from Nannycatch
